At Sankalp Care, we strive to provide the highest quality of care and patient satisfaction. Due to the nature of healthcare services, our refund policy differs from traditional product-based businesses. Please review the following terms carefully.
Consultation & Medical Services
- Fees for consultations, diagnostics, treatments, and medical procedures are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
- If you need to reschedule an appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation charges.
Advance Payments & Cancellations
- Advance payments made for scheduled procedures or treatments are refundable only if canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. A processing fee may apply.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service.
Package & Membership Refunds
- Refunds for prepaid healthcare packages or memberships will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on usage. Any services already availed will be deducted from the refundable amount.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Incorrect Charges or Billing Discrepancies
- If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us at info@sankalpcare.com within 7 days of payment for resolution.
Exceptions
- No refunds will be provided for customized treatment plans, medications, lab tests, or any other consumables used during the treatment.
- Gift cards, promotional discounts, or complimentary services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
